This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, developing people and creating high-performing teams.
The Role
You’ll lead the production operation, taking ownership of safety, quality, service and performance.
As a visible and hands-on leader, you'll inspire your team, drive standards and continuously look for ways to improve how things are done.
