Cashflow Analyst West Midlands | Hybrid Working | Temp-to-Perm | £50,000 We are currently supporting a highly successful organisation with the appointment of a Cashflow Analyst on a temporary basis, with a strong likelihood of the role becoming permanent in the longer term. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional looking to develop their experience within cash management, forecasting and working capital. The successful candidate will take ownership of a number of key cashflow processes and will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact by improving reporting, visibility and cash management across the wider business. Key responsibilities * Own and maintain the weekly 13-week cashflow forecast * Take responsibility for weekly cashflow actualisation * Prepare and deliver month-end cashflow reporting * Develop and build a new cash reporting suite * Act as the key finance contact for the India-based cash office * Review and challenge cash reconciliations * Support the wider finance team with budget and cashflow forecasting * Establish and monitor a working capital improvement plan * Assess, report and monitor supplier/customer payment days * Work closely with the Revenue team to support cash collections * Identify opportunities to improve cash visibility, forecasting accuracy and working capital performance About you This role would suit a junior finance analyst or commercially minded finance professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and develop a strong specialism in cashflow and working capital.
