Fire Stopper – Rockwool Fire Curtain Installer
Location: Nottingham NG7
Project: Student Accommodation
Duration: 5 weeks
Start: Immediate
Rate: £(Apply online only) per day
We are currently looking for Fire Stoppers / Fire Curtain Installers for a 5 week project on a student accommodation development, installing Rockwool fire curtains/fire barrier systems.
Duties will include:
Installing Rockwool fire curtains and fire barrier systems.
Measuring, cutting and fitting Rockwool materials.
Fixing and securing fire barriers around structural elements.
Working at height from platforms/scaffolding where required.
Ensuring installations are completed to the required specification.
General fire stopping duties as required on site.
Requirements:
Previous fire stopping / fire curtain installation experience.
Experience with Rockwool fire protection systems advantageous.
Valid CSCS card.
Own PPE and relevant tools.
Good understanding of construction site safety.
5 weeks of work available, with potential for further projects
