The company specialises in internal and external refurbishment projects, delivering schemes valued up to approximately £5m across London and the surrounding areas. Ideal Candidate * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager for a main contractor. * Strong background in refurbishment projects rather than purely new build. * Experience delivering projects in the £1m–£5m range. * Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously. * Good technical understanding of both internal and external refurbishment works. * Strong client-facing and subcontractor management skills. * Commercially aware with a proactive, hands-on approach. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established medium-sized contractor with a strong pipeline of refurbishment work across London
