Machine Operator
Location: Peterborough, Orton Southgate
Temp to Perm
Schedule: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 weekly rotating shift. Night shift 22:00-06:00 to be worked during peak periods so flexibility to work them at times is a mustWe're looking for an experienced and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to maintain high-quality output.Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain product quality and production efficiency
Work collaboratively as part of a shift teamRequirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Hands-on experience operating machinery
Strong understanding of health & safety and SOP compliance
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
