Job Description
Site Manager – Swindon
My client are looking for an experienced Site Manager, overseeing works at a project in Swindon.
The project involves the reinstatement of the centre’s infrastructure and building services following extensive flood damage in 2023.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating specialist subcontractors.
* Overseeing the safe delivery and installation of building services.
* Ensuring permits to work, RAMS and site procedures are in place and followed.
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
* Ensuring safe segregation between contractors and members of the public.
* Monitoring progress, quality and subcontractor performance.
* Coordinating site activities, access and deliveries.
* Liaising with the project team, client and subcontractors.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous Site Manager experience, ideally within building services, M&E or refurbishment projects, with strong health & safety knowledge and the ability to manage multiple specialist subcontractors.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are preferred
