Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors
Handle enquiries in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism
Manage deliveries and bookings, ensuring smooth access to the building
Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed
Maintain building security through regular checks and monitoring entry points
Keep communal areas pristine and welcoming at all times
About You
Experience in concierge or customer service roles is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proactive and responsible approach to daily tasks
