Individual Needs Worker
Eastbourne | Primary School | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Academics Agency are looking for a caring and dedicated Individual Needs Worker to support a pupil within a primary school in Eastbourne.
This is a rewarding 1:1 support role, helping a child overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence, independence and engagement in school.
The Role:
Providing dedicated 1:1 support
Supporting the pupil with their individual needs
Encouraging participation in classroom activities
Supporting emotional wellbeing and regulation
Helping develop confidence and independence
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCOWe're looking for someone who is patient, consistent and nurturing, with the ability to build a strong relationship with the pupil.
Previous experience working with children with SEN, additional needs, behavioural needs or within a support setting is desirable.
