Job Description
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Management Accountant for an engineering client in the Highland region. This permanent, office-based role reports to the Director of Finance and works with UK departments and the European Finance team.
Responsibilities
Prepare month-end, year-end, and monthly management accounts
Produce variance analysis, budgets, and quarterly forecasts
Monitor capital project spend and completion reviews
Support and train wider finance teams
Work proactively in a fast-paced international environment
Skills and Experience Required
Qualified accountant or finance professional with management accounting experience
Experience working with financial and non-financial stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics AX, product costing, SOX, or internal control audit experience
