Your responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high quality nursing care.
* Administer medication and complete clinical procedures.
* Monitor observations and respond to changes in patient needs.
* Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
* Promote dignity, safety and person centred care.
What you need
* Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
* At least six months post qualification experience within the UK as a nurse.
* Confidence working across different care settings.
* Good spoken and written English.
* A calm, compassionate and professional approach.
