Role Responsibilities Supporting pupils as a SEN Teaching Assistant Delivering behaviour and learning interventions Building positive, consistent relationships with pupils Collaborating with teaching staff to support learning Encouraging confidence and emotional development  Job Requirements Minimum 6 months’ experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or challenging behaviour Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months  Location and Package This role is based in Sutton Coldfield, offering £95.00 - £109.25 per day.
