Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical Bias) | Tottenham Court Road | £55,000 | Monday-Friday Looking for a role where you can take ownership of your own commercial building? Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit an Electrical Bias Maintenance Supervisor for a prestigious commercial office building just off Tottenham Court Road. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor looking for a hands-on position with real autonomy. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a single man site, overseeing landlord services across a seven-storey commercial building with a basement and rooftop plant, while acting as the main point of contact for both the client and specialist contractors. What's on Offer * £55,000 Basic Salary * Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00) * Static commercial site * Single man site with full autonomy * Overtime available * Company pension * Ongoing training and career development * Long-term progression opportunities The Role This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring statutory compliance, contractor management and site documentation are maintained to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance * Fault find across electrical building services plant * Manage specialist subcontractors on site * Review and approve RAMS * Issue and manage Permit to Work documentation * Maintain statutory compliance and site logbooks * Oversee landlord building services across the site * Liaise directly with the client and building management team * Coordinate remedial works and specialist maintenance visits * Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation Requirements * NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or Building Services * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Previous experience within commercial building maintenance * Experience in a Lead Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor position * Strong knowledge of electrical building services and associated mechanical plant * Experience managing subcontractors, RAMS, permits and compliance * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and manage a single man site Whether you're an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or a Lead Electrical Engineer looking to step into a supervisory role, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected Building Services provider on a prestigious Central London commercial building.
