Inspire resourcing are recruiting for a Production Operative on behalf of our well established client based in Staveley Chesterfield.
Description
* The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
* As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery.
* You will collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
* Your expertise will contribute to optimizing production workflows and minimizing downtime, ensuring our operations run smoothly.
* In addition to your technical skills, your role will involve monitoring production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing routine maintenance.
* You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, which is essential for compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machinery.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in production.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as safety data sheets and operating manuals.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
