Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Solihull
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time
We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care service in Solihull, delivering approximately 900 hours of care per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and continued development of a well-established service.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Managing and leading the domiciliary care team
* Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
* Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation
* Supporting and developing staff
* Managing rotas, care delivery and operational performance
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, families and professionals
* Ensuring the service continues to meet and exceed quality standards
There is no business development or sales requirement with this role – the service already has a strong level of care delivery.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who:
* Has previous experience managing a domiciliary care service
* Holds an NVQ Level 4 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Has a strong understanding of CQC requirements and compliance
* Is an effective people manager and leader
* Has excellent organisational and communication skills
* Is confident managing a busy domiciliary care operation
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
