Registered Manager

Domus Recruitment are working with a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced Manager to take responsibility for their community-based packages across the West Midlands. The provider currently has a strong team of care staff ready to support growth and 5 nurses on standby. The business has also successfully delivered nursing, supported living and specialist services and has established contacts within the ICB. This is an opportunity to develop the business, utilise the existing relationships and grow the number of community packages. They are looking for a self-starter with a proven track record who can work independently, manage their own diary and take ownership of developing the service. What’s on offer: £50,000 - £70,000 salary Lucrative bonus to be agreed directly between the successful Manager and Director 33 days annual leave Monday - Friday Ability to manage your own diary Existing 7 community packages 5 nurses on standby Plenty of care staff ready to support new packages Established ICB contacts Opportunity to play a key role in developing a new area of an established businessRegistered Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage the existing community care packages across the West Midlands Develop and grow the number of community packages Utilise existing ICB contacts to identify and develop new opportunities Build on the provider's existing nursing, supported living and specialist services Work with the available nursing and care staff to support new packages Ensure the service operates in line with CQC requirements and maintains high standards of care and compliance. Take ownership of the service and manage your own diary Work closely with the Director on the continued growth of the businessEssential Requirements: Essential experience managing TDDI packages Strong experience within clinical complex care Experience managing community-based care packages Proven track record of successfully managing a CQC-registered service.
