Sales Manager, Medical Devices, Healthcare , UK Home Based area to £55,000+ Commission A leading Medical Devices company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to play a key role in driving strategic sales growth across healthcare service offerings. Operating within the UK healthcare sector, this role focuses on delivering tailored, value-driven solutions to NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and clinical organisations. he Solutions Sales Manager will customer needs, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and crafts integrated service proposals Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Identify and develop tailored sales propositions across service support, dental servicing, equipment lifecycle management, and endoscope maintenance. • Adopt a consultative sales approach to promote integrated service solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Act as the primary commercial contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Develop and execute strategic sales plans • Leverage market insights to identify opportunities • Monitor trends and changes in the UK healthcare market, NHS procurement models, and competitor activity • Identify emerging needs in the healthcare sector • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments • Collaboration with the senior leadership team to set and review revenue goals that are aligned with the company strategy. • Assist with the leadership and development of training plans and KPIs for the extended sales team. • Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards relevant to the healthcare sector. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: • Proven track record within healthcare solutions environment, ideally within a senior sales role. • Business/ Sales related degree or other qualification. • Knowledge and experience within Biomedical Engineering • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management Systems. • Managed Equipment Service knowledge and understanding. • Demonstrable selling, communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated and organised with excellent time management skills. • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to positively motivate the broader team
