We're partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a critical production facility.
This role would suit an engineering leader from a pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment who enjoys managing high-performing teams, improving asset reliability, and leading engineering strategy.
What you'll be doing:
š¹ Leading maintenance, facilities, utilities, and asset management activities
š¹ Driving equipment reliability and preventative maintenance programmes
š¹ Managing CAPEX projects, upgrades, and site improvement initiatives
š¹ Leading fault investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
š¹ Developing and mentoring engineering teams
š¹ Ensuring engineering compliance and operational excellence
What we're looking for:

Engineering leadership experience within pharma, biotech, FMCG, or manufacturing
ā
Strong maintenance, reliability, and asset management background
ā
Experience managing production equipment, facilities, and utilities
ā
A proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset
