Plumber Multi Trade

Regional Plumber Multi Location: Hampshire / Surrey / West Sussex Salary: £40,844.58 per annum About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Plumber Multi to join a well-established property services and facilities management organisation. This is a mobile role covering a range of contracts across Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight, with occasional travel required across wider Hampshire, Horsham, Woking and Windsor. You will undertake a variety of plumbing and multi-trade maintenance works across social housing, education, commercial properties and other public-sector environments, including occupied student accommodation and historic buildings. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and complete plumbing and general maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time fixes. * Carry out first and second-fix plumbing and installation of sanitary ware and pipework. * Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs. * Work on unvented hot water systems. * Complete minor carpentry, tiling and decorating works where required. * Respond to emergency repairs and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota. * Maintain accurate records of works using a PDA/mobile device, including photographic evidence. * Communicate professionally with residents, tenants, clients and colleagues. * Ensure all works comply with relevant Health & Safety requirements, RAMS and PPE procedures. * Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment and stock to a high standard. * Support other contracts and teams as required. About You The successful candidate will be a qualified and experienced Plumber Multi with a strong background in building maintenance. You will be confident working independently across multiple sites while maintaining excellent customer service and workmanship standards. You should have: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years' experience within building maintenance. * Experience working within education or similar occupied environments is desirable. * Good knowledge of domestic and commercial plumbing repairs. * Experience with unvented systems. * Multi-trade skills including minor carpentry, tiling and decorating. * Full UK driving licence. * Strong Health & Safety awareness. * Good communication and organisational skills. * Enhanced DBS and relevant security clearance, or willingness to obtain these.
