Confero Recruitment Group is supporting an FM Service Provoder in their search for an Electrician to deliver reactive maintenance and PPM, ensuring systems are safe, efficient, and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
* Complete PPM tasks
* Annual emergency lighting maintenance
* Ensure 18th Edition (BS 7671) compliance
* Maintain records and support H&S/audits
* Work with site teams
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition certification (essential)
