A Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Bedford is seeking a technology-focused Junior Cyber Security Support Analyst to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in cyber security while gaining exposure to a variety of client environments.
KEY DUTIES
* Assist with monitoring client systems for security alerts and suspicious activity.
* Support the deployment and maintenance of security software, including antivirus and endpoint protection tools.
* Help perform routine cyber security checks and ensure systems remain up to date with the latest patches.
* Assist with user account administration, including password resets and multi-factor authentication setup.
* Record and document security incidents, support requests, and resolutions within the service desk system.
* Work with senior engineers to investigate security concerns and implement preventative measures.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* A strong interest in cyber security and information technology.
