We’re looking for an experienced and personable Private Client Solicitor to join our established and growing legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing clear, practical advice on a wide range of private client matters.
The Role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload, advising clients on areas including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Trusts and tax planning
* Inheritance and succession planning
* Court of Protection matters
* Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
* Handling complex estates and high-net-worth clients where appropriate
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Qualified solicitor status with relevant private client experience
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent client-care and communication skills
* The ability to manage a caseload independently
* A commercially aware and proactive approach
* A genuine interest in developing lasting client relationships
* The confidence to handle sensitive and often complex matters with professionalism and empathy
