Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our established property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who takes pride in delivering a high-quality service and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, agents and other property professionals.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Reviewing and reporting on legal documentation
* Managing exchanges and completions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
* Identifying and resolving issues efficiently
* Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and to agreed timescales
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* A qualified solicitor status and relevant conveyancing experience
* Strong knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication and client-management skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* A proactive, commercial and solutions-focused approach
* The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
* A genuine commitment to delivering excellent client service
