Property Surveyor
6 Month Contract
Part Time- 22.5 hours per week
Bristol
£46,272- Pro rated
A local housing association are looking for an experienced Housing Repairs & Asset Management Professional to join their Property & Compliance team on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and inspect responsive repairs, voids and larger works.
Diagnose and manage damp, mould and condensation issues.
Carry out pre and post-inspections and specify remedial works.
Manage contractors and monitor quality, cost and performance.
Undertake stock condition and HHSRS inspections.
Produce technical reports, specifications and recommendations.
Ensure works comply with CDM, Building Regulations, H&S and housing legislation.
Provide technical support to residents, Housing, Asset Management and Customer Services teams.
Requirements
Strong social housing/local authority experience.
Responsive repairs and building maintenance knowledge.
Experience with contractors and Schedules of Rates.
Knowledge of HHSRS, Building Regulations and CDM.
Excellent communication, reporting and IT skills.
Valid UK driving licence.
