Job Description
We are currently working in partnership with an established, growing SaaS company, specialising in marketing analytics, call tracking, AI and data-driven insights. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of our product vision, strategy and roadmap. This is a strategic yet hands-on role, with a high level of ownership. You will work closely with the Development Manager, Marketing and wider business to turn customer and commercial needs into a clear, deliverable product roadmap. Responsibilities * Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap. * Translate business and customer priorities into clear product requirements and delivery plans. * Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management. * Work closely with Engineering to manage product delivery and releases. * Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Engineering and Leadership. * Manage delivery risks and remove barriers to execution. * Establish effective product management and discovery practices across the business. Requirements * Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS products. * Product Management experience, ideally in a SaaS/Marketing Analytics software background * Strong product road-mapping experience with good Agile skills and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle. * Strong understanding of software development process and working closely with engineering teams. * Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design. * Excellent co-ordination and communication skills in a product delivery environment. * Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert vision into execution. * Familiarity with Monday, Figma, GitLab. * Strong leadership presence with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will need to be comfortable being visible and working in a standalone role with accountability to the scorecard and business objectives, whilst contributing at a strategic level.
