Pay Rate: £20.00–£23.00 per hour

Join Our Team as a Class 1 Driver in LE17
Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for consistent, ongoing work with competitive pay? We’re recruiting Class 1 Drivers to join our client in the LE17 area, working Sunday to Thursday with a 19:00 start time.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers looking for regular hours and long-term work. You’ll be operating curtain-side and double-decker trailers, with trailer swaps and strapping required as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle
* Drive curtain-side and double-decker trailers
* Complete trailer swaps as required
* Secure loads safely using straps
* Carry out vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road safety regulations
* Complete relevant delivery paperwork and records
* Maintain a professional and reliable service at all times
Requirements
* Full UK driving licence with Class 1 (C+E) entitlement
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
* Minimum 3 years’ Class 1 driving experience
* Experience operating curtain-side and double-decker trailers
* Comfortable with strapping and trailer swaps
* Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
* Able to commit to Sunday–Thursday shifts with a 19:00 start
