Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the leading manufacturer of electro-mechanical machinery on the Leicester/Coventry border between Hinckley and Nuneaton for a Trainee Manufacturing Technician to join its expanding team.
THE ROLE
It will be the role of the Trainee Manufacturing Technician to be responsible for a number of technical roles within the engineering team.
Duties will include:
• Gauging and measurement work
• Laser Etching and control
• Basic Soldering and Test work
• Learning and Development
THE CANDIDATE
In order to succeed in the role of Trainee Manufacturing Technician you will need to have a range of skills including good fine motorskills and hand eye coordination as well as a basic soldering. You will need to be motivated and happy to work in a hands on engineering environment. This role could suit and engineer/technician straight from there apprenticeship or even a college leaver with a basic technical understanding who is looking to start a career in the manufacturing industry.
