Registered Care Manager – Domiciliary Care Location: West Glasgow Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in West Glasgow. The Role As Registered Care Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective management and delivery of the domiciliary care service. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance and work closely with clients, families and professionals to maintain excellent standards of care. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day management of the domiciliary care service * Ensure compliance with relevant Care Inspectorate standards and regulations * Lead, support and develop the care team * Manage recruitment, induction, supervision and performance * Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate and regularly reviewed * Monitor the quality and safety of care being delivered * Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals * Manage staffing, rotas and service delivery * Deal effectively with safeguarding concerns, incidents and complaints * Complete regular audits and implement continuous improvements * Promote a positive culture focused on high-quality, person-centred care About You The ideal candidate will: * Have proven management experience within domiciliary care * Have a strong understanding of Care Inspectorate requirements * Be an effective and confident team leader * Have excellent communication and organisational skills * Be able to manage a busy service and prioritise effectively * Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards * Be passionate about supporting people to remain independent in their own homes * Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and strong decision-making skills What We Offer * £38,000 – £42,000 per annum, depending on experience * Senior management position with autonomy and responsibility * Supportive working environment * Training and professional development opportunities * Career progression within a growing care organisation * The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support If you are an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for your next challenge in West Glasgow, we would love to hear from you.
