I'm working with a well-established maintenance contractor with a growing portfolio of private residential and estate agency properties across Watford and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Domestic Maintenance Plumber who wants the variety of domestic maintenance work without the chaos of endless reactive callouts. You'll have a planned diary, predictable working hours and a varied workload covering everything from general plumbing repairs to bathroom maintenance and installation. What's in it for you? Up to £42,000 basic salary, depending on experience Company van Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Planned and structured diary Predominantly local domestic work Stable, permanent position Varied maintenance and installation work Long-term opportunity with an established contractor Regular work across private residential and estate agency propertiesThe Role As a Domestic Maintenance Plumber, you'll be responsible for keeping residential properties in excellent condition, carrying out a varied mix of plumbing, maintenance and installation works.
