Warehouse Operative

Crawley | £13.20 per hour + 10% shift allowance (£14.52 per hour) | Monday to Friday | 6:00am to 2:15pm | Overtime Available First Recruitment Services are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives/Inventory Associates to join a busy and professional Operations team in Crawley. This is a full-time temporary position, initially for 6 months, with an immediate start available. The Role You will be responsible for supporting the receiving, packaging and distribution of products within a warehouse and logistics environment. Duties will include: * Picking and packing customer orders * Receiving deliveries and updating inventory systems * Stock control, cycle counts and inventory checks * Completing production and GMP paperwork accurately * Following standard operating procedures * Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety * Working within ambient, chilled and frozen environments when required * Supporting the wider operations team as needed What We're Looking For * Good attention to detail * Basic IT skills * GCSE English and Maths or equivalent * Strong communication and teamwork skills * A positive, flexible approach to work * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Previous warehouse, inventory or logistics experience would be advantageous but is not essential Working for First Recruitment Services Working for First Recruitment as a temporary worker is a great opportunity to gain experience across a variety of workplaces and industries whilst enjoying flexible working opportunities.
