Job Description
Quality Technologist - Food Manufacturing - Farnham - Up to £30,000
Are you experienced in food or drink manufacturing with a good understanding of quality, hygiene and food safety?
We're recruiting for a Quality Technologist to join a growing manufacturing business in Farnham. This is a hands-on, factory-floor role - perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in production, spotting problems and making sure products are being made to the right standards.
🚗 You MUST have a full UK driving licence and your own car due to the location of the site.
What you'll be doing:
Carrying out quality, hygiene and production checks on the factory floor
Checking products and processes meet food safety and quality standards
Reviewing production paperwork and quality records
Identifying issues and helping investigate what has gone wrong
Supporting corrective actions and improvements
Working closely with Production, Technical and Engineering teams
Supporting audits, traceability and GMP standards
What we're looking for:
Experience within food, drink, FMCG or regulated manufacturing
Previous experience in Quality, QA, Technical or a quality-focused production role
Understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety and hygiene
Confident working in a busy production environment
Good attention to detail and comfortable challenging issues when something isn't right
Full UK driving licence AND own car - essential
Experience within bottling, liquid production, fermentation or probiotics would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
Salary & Hours:
Up to £30,000 per annum
Permanent position
37.5 hours per week

Some flexibility for early, late or occasional weekend cover
