SITE MANAGER – £300 PER DAY – 4 WEEK CONTRACT

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project for a self-storage facility in Rubery.
The ProjectThe initial stages of the project will involve managing and coordinating:
Dryliners constructing a firewall through the building
Installation of a 2-tier mezzanine floor
Site coordination and supervision of subcontractors
Health & Safety and ensuring works are completed to programme
Maintaining quality standards throughout the worksRequirements
Previous Site Manager experience on commercial fit-out projects
Experience managing drylining and/or mezzanine installations preferred
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Strong Health & Safety knowledge
Able to confidently manage subcontractors and keep the project on programmeLocation: Rubery, B45 9FP
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 4 weeks
