About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
Assist with meals, hydration, and medication prompts where required.
Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members.Essential Requirements
Previous care experience is essential.
Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care.
