Junior Application Support Analyst | £25,000 - £30,000 + Benefits | Liverpool On Site The Opportunity We're working with a growing consumer business that's investing heavily in its technology function and looking to appoint a Junior Application Support Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience to develop their career within Application Support and Business Systems. You'll work across a range of core business applications, supporting day-to-day operations while gaining exposure to system enhancements, integrations and technology projects. If you're looking to build your technical knowledge within a supportive team and broaden your experience beyond traditional IT support, this is a fantastic opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Application Support * Provide first-line support across a range of core business applications * Investigate system, order and inventory-related issues * Troubleshoot application problems and escalate more complex issues where required * Maintain support documentation and knowledge articles Project Support * Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and enhancements * Support configuration and implementation activities * Work alongside third-party technology partners on project delivery * Keep project plans and support tickets up to date Continuous Improvement * Develop expertise across the organisation's application landscape * Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements * Help improve support processes and documentation About You We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has excellent attention to detail and is keen to develop a career within Business Systems and Application Support. You'll ideally have experience with: * 1-2 years' experience within Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems * Exposure to ERP, CRM or business applications * Experience supporting ecommerce or customer-facing platforms would be beneficial * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Any exposure to integrations, APIs, ticketing systems or warehouse management systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
