Job Description
BMSL are looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start in Hartlepool.
Scope of Works
The successful candidate will oversee a construction and interior fit-out project, including:
* Superstructure and canopy works
* Steelwork
* Mezzanine deck installation
* Padel courts
* Interior fit-out works
Requirements
* Previous Site Management experience
* Experience overseeing similar construction and fit-out projects
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage site operations and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
Start: Immediate
Duration: Up until early December
Rate: £300–£350 per day, depending on experience
