Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Gas & Boiler Works:
* Service, fault-find, and repair domestic gas boilers, fires, and cookers.
* Carry out full central heating installations and boiler replacements.
* Conduct official CP12 Landlord Gas Safety checks and issue legal compliance certificates. [1, 2, 3, 4]
* General Plumbing:
* Fix cold and hot water supply issues, pipe leaks, valves, pumps, and cylinders.
* Install and repair sanitary ware, radiators, and bathroom fixtures. [1, 2, 3]
* Work respectfully inside occupied residential homes, keeping workspaces clean and tidy.
* 8:00am - 17:00pm
* Overtime and on call work available
* 5-days a week
