Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our growing team working across social housing properties in Ealing and the surrounding areas.
* Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within social housing properties.
* Undertake Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
* Complete testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
Essential Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* AM2 Qualification
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
* Previous experience working within Social Housing or residential properties.
* Experience carrying out testing, inspection, fault finding, and remedial works.
* Good understanding of current electrical regulations.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection.
* ECS/CSCS Card.
* Experience completing EICRs within occupied properties.
* Social housing maintenance experience.
