Job Description
Proactive Personnel are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our client’s Manufacturing Team.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up, operating and monitoring machinery.
* Following written and verbal instructions.
* Working to production and quality standards.
* Following Health & Safety procedures.
* Maintaining good attendance and timekeeping.
* Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to set up, operate and monitor machinery
Candidate Requirements:
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
* Basic IT skills.
* Ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision.
* Proactive and flexible approach.
* Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous.
Early Shift
* Friday to Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00
* Rate of Pay: £14.95 per hour
Late Shift
* Friday to Sunday: 18:00 – 06:00
* Rate of Pay: £15.61 per hour
Midweek Shift
* Day Shift Mon-Fri 8:00 – 16:30 @ £13.45/hr
