Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an established and highly regarded property consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) looking for career progression, increased client exposure and the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property portfolio.
The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a combination of professional Building Surveying and project work, working directly with clients and their professional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Building surveys and technical due diligence
Acquisition and pre-acquisition surveys
Dilapidations surveys and negotiations
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Contract administration
Project management and refurbishment projects
Statutory compliance
Client relationship management
Supporting business development and team growth
About You
The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:
MRICS qualification
Strong consultancy experience in Building Surveying
Experience across both professional and project work
Knowledge of dilapidations, acquisition surveys and contract administration
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness
Ambition to progress and develop within a growing business
