FRA Site Manager – Social HousingWalthamstow, East London
Circa £50,000 package Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced FRA Site Manager to oversee fire safety and remedial works across occupied social housing properties in Walthamstow.
You will manage the day-to-day delivery of works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee fire door, fire stopping and compartmentation works
Manage subcontractors and site operatives
Monitor health and safety, quality and programme performance
Complete site inspections, audits and work sign-offs
Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
Liaise with residents, the client, RLOs and the wider project team
Ensure minimal disruption within occupied properties
Requirements
FRA or passive fire experience is essential
Previous Site Manager experience within social housing
Knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation
Strong understanding of health and safety and compliance
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of approximately £50,000 plus package.
