What We Offer for our Supervisors: * Salary of up to £27,000 per year * Full-time permanent opportunity * Opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills * Supportive team environment * Training and development opportunities * Opportunity for career progression Key Responsibilities as a Supervisor: * Support the day-to-day running of the team and operation * Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve high standards * Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally * Allocate tasks and ensure the team is working effectively * Monitor performance, standards and productivity * Support the training and development of new and existing team members * Ensure company policies, procedures and health and safety standards are followed * Assist with opening and closing procedures where required * Handle operational issues and escalate concerns when appropriate * Support the management team in achieving sales, service and business targets * Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment About You You will be a hands-on and approachable Supervisor who leads by example. You will have the confidence to take responsibility, support your colleagues and maintain high standards even during busy periods. Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader or Senior Team Member would be advantageous.
