Site Manager - Nottingham - 2 Days
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for short term holiday cover in Nottingham on Thursday the 27th & Friday the 28th of August.
Project Details:
* Duration: 2 Days
* Scope: Short-term cover on a new build housing site.
* Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces.
Requirements:
* Valid SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience managing similar new build housing projects (desirable)
* Strong health & safety awareness.
Duties:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
* Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance
* Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas
* Reporting progress to the project team
