Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a young autistic woman living with her family in Cornwall (TR13)
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' UK care experience
* Valid full UK driving licence
* Previous experience supporting individuals with autism
* Experience or understanding of varied communication needs
* Patient, calm and compassionate approach
* Comfortable supporting someone who uses a wheelchair
* Reliable and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care
* Female applicants only due to the specific requirements of the role
