Alice Rose Recruitment is working with a leading Building Services provider to recruit an Electrical Multi Skilled Engineer for a landmark commercial estate in Knightsbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing landlord-side engineering team, working across a high-profile commercial development with exposure to a wide range of electrical and mechanical building services plant. The company is committed to developing its engineers, with LVAP training available for the right individual. What's on Offer * Salary up to £46,000 * Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00 / 09:00-18:00) * Static commercial estate in Knightsbridge * Regular weekend overtime available * LVAP training provided * Ongoing technical training and career progression * Company pension and benefits package The Role Working as part of an established engineering team, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across landlord areas, ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) * Respond to reactive maintenance and electrical fault finding * Maintain electrical distribution systems and associated plant * Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs and HVAC equipment * Complete basic mechanical maintenance where required * Monitor BMS alarms and investigate faults * Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors * Complete maintenance reports and logbooks * Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures * Deliver a high standard of service to the client Requirements * Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Experience within commercial building services maintenance * Multi-skilled knowledge across electrical and mechanical systems * Strong fault-finding abilities * Good communication and client-facing skills * HV/LV or AP experience is advantageous but not essential Whether you're currently an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer or Building Services Engineer, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of London's most prestigious commercial estates, offering excellent training, overtime opportunities and genuine long-term career progression.
