The Role
You will lead the engineering shift team and help ensure the safe and reliable operation of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure.
Responsibilities will include:
*
Leading and coordinating engineers on shift
*
Planned and reactive maintenance
*
Responding to critical alarms and incidents
*
Managing engineering escalations
*
Plant monitoring and site rounds
*
Supporting shutdowns and high-risk works
*
Ensuring safe systems of work are followed
*
Maintaining high engineering and compliance standards
Experience Required
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong technical background within a critical or high-profile M&E environment.
Experience within any of the following would be particularly relevant:

Critical banking or financial sites
*
Data centres
*
Mission-critical facilities
*
Large corporate headquarters
*
High-profile commercial buildings
Candidates may currently work as a Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Lead Shift Engineer, Critical Services Engineer, Critical Services Supervisor or Senior Shift Engineer.
