Senior Site Manager – Hemel Hempstead£300 per day CIS or £60,000 package
ASAP start Temporary or permanent
We are recruiting for an experienced Roofing Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to oversee a large social housing roofing programme in Hemel Hempstead.
You will manage a delivery team consisting of three Site Managers and two Resident Liaison Officers, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of roofing works across occupied social housing properties
Manage and support three Site Managers and two RLOs
Monitor programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety
Maintain strong relationships with the client, residents and subcontractors
Attend progress meetings and provide regular performance reports
Ensure works are completed on time and in line with contractual requirements
Requirements
Strong roofing experience is essential
Previous Site Manager or Project Manager experience
Experience delivering planned works within social housing
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and delivery teams
Strong client-facing, organisational and reporting skills
Relevant construction and health and safety qualifications
The client is considering candidates on either a contracting basis at approximately £300 per day CIS or permanently at £60,000 plus package.
