Job Description
️ SCOTTISH ISLANDS CARE CONTRACTS | 3-MONTH BLOCK BOOKINGS 🏝️
💸 Pay Rate: £23/hr Umbrella
⏱️ Hours: 45+ Hours/Week (5-6 days)
📍 Locations: Shetland | Orkney | Western Isles | Argyll & Bute
✈️ Location Requirement: UK-wide candidates accepted (must be willing to travel)
High-earning, guaranteed-hour placements are now available across Scotland's most beautiful island communities. We are hiring experienced Care Home Support Workers and Community Care at Home Workers.
Key Role Specs:
Care Home: Residential care for older adults | 07:00-22:00 long days, split shifts, or nights | Driving licence preferred.
Community Care: In-home adult care | Shifts covering 07:00-23:00 | Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence (mandatory for Orkney).
What You Need to Qualify:
1+ years of experience supporting older adults.
Full competence in personal care, medication administration, moving & handling, and lone working.
Female staff currently preferred due to specific personal care requirements (male staff considered where applicable).
