Plumber – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)
£22 per hour CIS

We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working across occupied social housing properties.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber with experience in reactive maintenance who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied social housing properties.
Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, toilets, taps, showers, sinks, and waste systems.
Complete first-time fixes wherever possible.
Undertake minor multi-trade works where required.
Provide a professional and courteous service while working in tenants' homes.
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.Requirements:
Proven experience in reactive plumbing maintenance.
Previous social housing experience is preferred.
Full UK driving licence.
NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Level 2 (trade qualification) or blue CSCSWhat's on Offer:
£22 per hour.
Company van and fuel card.
