Job Description
Slinger - Banbury
Join a busy rail project as an experienced Slinger, supporting safe and efficient lifting operations.
Establish load weights and dimensions and communicate clearly with the crane operator.
Select, inspect, attach and detach suitable lifting tackle safely.
Use clear signals to direct crane movements and loads.
Check, maintain and correctly store lifting accessories.
Requirements
CPCS Slinger A40A - All Types, All Duties
IPAF
Own transport to site
Previous rail/site experience preferred
Payment
£22.86 per hour - first 39 hours
£34.29 per hour - after 39 hours
