Site Manager Required In North London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor, based in London, who are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
As a main contractor, they specialise in residential and care schemes across North London that typically range from £5m to £10m.
The Site Manager must have/be:
* Proven experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects
* Strong background working for a main contractor
* Ability to use Delta Document Control and MS Project
* Minimum of 5+ years experience in Site Management
* Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
* Strong health & safety awareness and site compliance knowledge
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
* Experience working on residential and care projects is advantageous
Key Responsibilities of the Site Manager:
* Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard
* Work alongside the commercial team to ensure the project is delivered successfully
* Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities
* Maintain accurate and timely project documentation
* Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
* Maintain strong relationships with the client and consultant team
* Ensure Health & Safety standards are upheld at all times
* Deliver the project to programme and quality expectations
