Commercial Gas Engineer Needed
📍 London & South London | 💷 Up to £55,000 Basic + Call-Out Payments
R9 Recruitment are hiring on behalf of a long-established Social Housing Contractor with over 30 years of success. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to cover North, East, South and West London, with occasional project work outside of the capital.
The Role
* Commercial boiler servicing and maintenance
* CP17 & CP16 certification
* Boiler room PPMs
* Breakdowns, fault finding and repairs
* Fitting replacement parts and components
* Social housing and housing association works
* Working in plant rooms and occasionally within individual flats
* Producing remedial quotes and detailed job reports
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' Commercial Gas experience
* Previous social housing experience
* Strong commercial and domestic gas background
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications (Ideally Holding Several)

Package
✅ £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary (DOE)
✅ 23 days holiday + bank holidays
✅ standby + call-out paid
✅ Door-to-door pay at normal hourly rate
